FIND YOUR WAY IN eSCHOOL

Now that I registered, have an active eSchool profile, uploaded my contract and have approval for my course request, what are the next steps?
(If you do not have a profile, contact the eSchool secretary)

1. USER NAME AND PASSWORD
As a student of AASD, you already have an eSchool profile. Students can log directly into the eSchool system with the same username and password used to access AASD computers in the district.l  If you do not remember your password, it can be recovered on our login page.

NOTE: The eSchool student contract must be signed and uploaded to the online student profile before requesting a course and being placed into the online orientation.

2. COMPLETE ONLINE ORIENTATION
Students must complete the online orientation mini-course.

You will receive an orientation enrollment confirmation email to let you know when you are enrolled in the orientation mini course. During the start of the school year and times of high enrollment, there may be some delay between course approval and receiving your enrollment email.

3. STARTING YOUR ORIENTATION COURSE
Students will begin their requested online courses upon completion of the orientation. Students will complete the welcome folder in their requested course to prepare himself for that unique class. Students will receive a “Final Grade Report” email when they have successfully completed the Orientation course.

4. START YOUR REQUESTED COURSE
After successfully completing the online orientation mini-course, students will be enrolled into their requested course.  Connect with your teacher right away.  Be sure to remember that you must be on pace throughout your eSchool course.

Reference your pace plan due dates in the grade book.

5. STUDENT AND PARENT TRAINING
In addition to the videocast directions provide on the website for parents and guardians, the Appleton eSchool offers student and parent training events during the school year. These events will help students and parents clarify any questions regarding accounts and assist with any possible technical questions families may have.

Students and parents are welcome to make appointments as needed to stop into the eSchool office for general information and help with their eSchool systems and profile.
