Registration & Orientation

Registration

Summer registration typically beings in early to mid-March. AASD students will be able to log directly into their eSchool profile with their AASD username & password. Non-AASD students will need to create an eSchool profile through the application process.

AASD Residents

Summer registration happens directly in the eSchool profile. See the below steps to complete the Appleton eSchool Summer Session online registration process. Registration will not be processed until:

  • Course Request for one 0.5 credit course is submitted through the student's eSchool online profile.
  • Course requests are subject to high school School Counselor review.
  • Signed summer Student Contract is uploaded to the student's eSchool online profile.

It is recommended to use a desktop or laptop for requesting courses and uploading signed contracts as shown in the step-by-step video directions.

Non-AASD Residents
See the below steps to complete the online Appleton eSchool Summer Session online registration process*. Registration will not be processed until:

  1. Part-Time Open Enrollment (PTOE)** paperwork is signed, submitted to the AASD Attendance and Enrollment, and accepted by AASD Attendance and Enrollment.
Steps: Fill out State of Wisconsin PTOE form. After filling out the form, email the signed form to AASD Attendance and Enrollment for processing. Enrollment is dependent on accepted PTOE paperwork.
  2. eSchool will email the family the AASD online registration link for Infinite Campus (After PTOE acceptance by AASD & non-resident school districts).
